I have been teaching children for the past eight years. I received my Masters of Education in New York City, after completing my undergraduate degree from BYU. I now live in Saratoga Springs, Utah and I am excited to be teaching children out of my home. I believe that children learn best through having fun and having hands on experiences. I understand the importance of academics, and they will not be minimized though this approach. If anything, I have learned that many children excel when they are able to explore and use their various senses to learn, while in a structured setting. I also believe that each child should be challenged and taught at their own level.
